Celebration Place is the approved children's curriculum for Celebrate Recovery ministries for children ages 5-11 years of age. Celebration Place is the uplifting, hope-filled, children's companion to Celebrate Recovery. It is often called "pre-recovery" for kids.
Celebration place is designed to give:
Truths that help them avoid cycles of hurts, hang-ups, and habits.
Ways to draw close to Jesus during challenging times.
Language and experiences to understand what is happening in their homes.
Friendships with other children whose parents are taking the hard step of resolving their pain and moving forward in life.
Through Celebration Place, children experience the love of Jesus as they learn how to love themselves and others while they grow in their own relationship with God. They also learn healthy coping skills for life's tough issues.
Frequently Asked Questions
Celebration Place will take place in the children's wing (First Church of God, Greeneville) which is located off the main lobby. Children can be checked-in at the entrance to the wing.
